Tour rules and rules of conduct PVD CLUB

  1. Persons over 18 years of age are allowed to participate in hikes on their own.
  2. Each participant is personally responsible for making the decision to go on a hike and undertakes to comply with all safety requirements of the instructors
  3. Each participant in the hike bears only personal responsibility for his life and health, as well as the life and health of his children.
  4. Children are allowed on hikes only with their parents or other accompanying persons who bear full responsibility for them.
  5. The group leader reserves the right to remove any hike participant from the route for gross violation of safety regulations or hooliganism without compensation for the costs of organizing the hike.
  6. Participants of the trip bear financial responsibility for gross damage to equipment and equipment or its loss
  7. Participants of the hike must carefully study the description of the route before the start of the tour; if a group member is not able to complete the route as part of a group, or greatly delays the group, the leader has every right to remove the participant from the route 
  8. The route and timing of the tour can be changed due to weather conditions or other circumstances while maintaining the full range of services
  9. If weather conditions pose a danger to tour participants, the leader has every right to cancel the tour and reschedule it to other dates
  10. Consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited 
  11.  If the physical fitness of the group members does not meet the requirements of the route, the leader can change the route or remove the participant from the route due to non-compliance with the requirements
