Lycian Way western part
The Western Lycian Way is a unique route that allows travelers to immerse themselves in the history and beauty of Turkey's Lycian Coast. This section of the trail stretches from Fethiye to Antalya and passes through incredible scenery, ancient cities and Mediterranean beaches.
Lycian Way without backpacks
Hiking the Lycian Way without backpacks is a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and attractions without excess luggage. In this case, participants can travel easily and comfortably, enjoying every moment of the journey.
Essential equipment for a Lycian Way tour
– thermal T-shirt/T-shirt with short sleeves (2 pcs)
– shirt or jacket with long sleeves (1-2 pieces)
– thin fleece jacket
– thick fleece jacket
– storm membrane jacket (wind and waterproof)
– raincoat (you don’t have to take it if you have a good, proven membrane jacket)
– a reasonable amount of underwear
– running pants (made of light, quick-drying, breathable fabric)
- shorts
– storm pants (wind and waterproof)
– running socks (2-4 pairs)
– a fleece hat (may be useful when spending the night under the Takhtali Pass).
